Comments:

Weekend of terrible RFI and broken boxes. This contest went down the toilet
before it even started. On Friday we lost couple of antenna automation boxes
when finding tuning marks for Alpha91b amplifier on 80m. 400w or so killed
2x1,
6x1 and 6x2 boxes. We have never had anything like that and we were really
stunned about it. Without 80 meters we even considered in switching to three
single band entries but half an hour before the test we decided to go for
three
station multi/multi. At least all got to operate as much as possible.

We got 80m running somehow on Saturday eve when we disconnected everything
that
started clacking and clicking when transmitting on 80m. In the end we got
some
kind of result but nothing too fancy.

Three station multi/multi was more like a multi/single without 10m rule with
one station running and two other stations DXing and finding mults. Every
now
and then we ran on all three stations but not for long.

Congrats to all of our competitors who we would have liked to challenge in
this
one. SJ2W for new Scandinavian record and OH1F for new OH record in M/S
category.

To us breaking this many things without knowing yet what causes the faults
causes a break from multi band contesting. We hope to be back in WPX.

73,
Juha OH6XX
