To SM5AJV Ingemar and OH2BLV Markku

Markku has got the impression that OL1D with operator OK1DXW in SAC SSB
2019 was a fake station. I do not know how Markku has come this conclusion
but wish to inform that the call OK1DXW can be found on QRZ.com, please see
https://www.qrz.com/db/ok1dxw
If you log in on QRZ.com you will see that OK1DXW Vladimir lives in Praha.
In the biography he writes

Born 1956, OL1ARA (1973 - 1974), OK1DXW from 1974, Class A (Extra) from
1978. Club OK1KFW, first op from 1994 other calls ( ex. OL1WW and OL1CW -
1990 till 2/2010), now OL1D and OL1Y from 6/2010, wife OK1UXD

Rev: OK1DXW - Mon Jun 7 5:40:39 1999 EUC: OK1DXW Z5Z39ZRXFZDWC-13328-1

>From QRZ.com I get the impression that OK1DXW is not a fake station and
that OK1DXW belongs to the club OK1KFW, which has the contest call OL1D or
then OK1DXW has this contest call. It is little hard to tell from the
biography in the way it is written, but then one has to remember that
English is a foreign language for OK1DXW Vladimir in the same way as it is
for us.

I did a search on the CQWW contest pages. When I searched for OK1DXW as a
station or an operator, I got 19 hits in CQWW CW and 15 hits in CQWW SSB.

In CQWW CW the first log is from 1974, when OK1DXW Vladimir was 17 or 18
years old. The last entry is from 2017. In the raw scores call search from
2019 OK1DXW got 18,584 points giving him WW rank #1000 of 1484. Most
entries are single-op but in 1983 OK1DFF and OK1DXF operated multi-one as
OK1DXF/p and in 1995 OK1DUT, OK1DXF and OK1FUT operated multi-one as OL1CW.

In CQWW SSB the first log is from 1986 and the last entry is from 2017. In
the raw scores call search from 2019 OK1DXW has no log. Most entries from
1986-2017 are single-op under the call OK1DXW. However in 1993 OK1DFF and
OK1DXW operated multi-one as OL1WW. The next year 1994 the same was done
with the operators OK1ACO, OK1DFF and OK1DXW. In 2004 OL1WW was used again,
but now as single-op with OK1DXW alone as operator.

OL1D appears once in CQWW CW 2010 as single-op. There is no mention of the
operator but in 2010 there was no entry for OK1DXW. I believe that OK1DXW
was the operator but he wrote specifically in the log. The call OL1D was
then only a couple of months old, so maybe OK1DXW used it for that reason.

Well, the impression I get from the CQWW pages is that OK1DXW Vladimir very
much is a real radio amateur and that the call OL1D also is a valid call.

Does OH2BLV Markku mean that OK1DXW sent two logs, one under OK1DXW and one
under OL1D, that he operated two calls in the same contest? Then the calls
per se are not fake but the rules of SAC were violated, because I would
imagine that you could only use one call only in a contest. Or is there
something that I am missing? Please help me out Markku.
