CONTESTING IN THE MAUNDER MINIMUM

1. We would all be forced to become multilingual - French to work lots
more Canadians and Spanish to sweep 15 for South Americans. The star
operators would be those language specialists most multis bring in.

2. DXpeditioning would be a lot cheaper, in the ARRL test especially. Many
small islands in the Caribbean would sink under the weight of NCCC, YCCC,
   PVRC, and FRC multi-multis.

3. K1AR would win the multi-multi category all by himself.

4. K1EA will integrate a Nintendo and a Turbotax window into CT to fill in
during all those 25 rate hours.

5. Sweepstakes will seem a lot more exciting.

6. 160M will experience lists, nets, people yelling out the last two letters
of their calls, and Spanish speaking taxi drivers in the CW segment.

7. 6/6/6/6 arrays will be common on 40, leading to alterations in the global
wind patterns, causing extinction of some rare slug somewhere.

8. Pedro will actually build that 160 meter beam.

9. Major advances in noise cancelling will be made.

10. W3LPL will have one run station on 40 and 11 multiplier spotting stations.

And the number 1 thing to look forward to . . . . . .

THE 10-10 CLUB WILL DISAPPEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
