5H license?

Can anyone out there help me with some information on getting a
license in Tanzana? Also information on getting equipment
shipped in through customs.I may be going there for about 4 weeks
sometime in January. ARRL isn't able to help because there doesn't
seem to be an "official" way to go about it. Any information at all
would really help!
