Logging DX QSOs with CT Version 8 in Calif. QSO Party

I think you can just enter "DX" in the state/province/country column.
CQP rules say you are supposed to enter the country there, but I
would be very surprised if K6PU is going to throw out logs that
just say "DX." Still, I'll probably edit the .ALL file after the
contest and change all the "DX"s to country names.
