24 hr stuff

Another point against 24hr contesting (but not affecting 48hr format
with a 24hr-type entry) is that a 24hr format would probably *lower*
participation by those *not* in for a score - i.e. the newbies who you
are always desparate to work for Qs on Sunday afternoon, and the country
hunters who are trying to grab a couple new ones when the pileups
thin out on Sunday.
