May Sprint.

If we are going to have a sprint in May, why don't we try having both
CW and SSB for the four hour period with CW QSOs worth two points each
and SSB QSOs worth one point each. Multipliers would count once per
band rather than only once in the contest. Maybe these changes would
make the contest a bit more interesting for those who are bored with
the old format Steve. Leave the QSY rule in.
