What do you do when, after at least 10 minutes on a frequency, a
voice comes back to your CQ and says "W5XD you're 10 K C wide!"?

WB4IUX: My first response is "thanks for letting me know if I might
have a problem. How strong am I on your S meter?" The usual answer
is "you're 40/50/60 over 9", at which point I tell the station their isn't
much I can do if their receiver can't handle it. If I was s9 or 59 +10,
then I'd check my audio settings and amp tuning. However, and I
hate to admit being a wimp, I almost always try to move UNLESS the
person who calls fails to give me his callsign and acts rude towards
me. Then, I'll stay on that frequency even if my rate fall to zero!
