Orlando/Boston Sunrise/Sunset

In his recent posting, Ron, WA6DGX states that Orlando sunrise is 45
minutes later than New England sunrise.  According to ON4UN's software,
it looks like a lot less than 45 minutes for CQWW:

Nov 1:

Boston         Orlando

1116Z           1136Z      20 minutes

Dec 1:

1152Z           1159Z       7 minutes


For ARRL, it's more like 30 minutes ...

Feb 15:

1141Z           1204Z      23 minutes

Mar 1:

1121Z           1151Z      30 minutes


By the way, on Dec 1, Orlando sunset is 75 minutes later than Boston.  That
ought to be worth a few JA's on the high bands, at the expense of some EU
on the low bands.

Conclusion:  While there may be some ionospheric factors negatively
influencing the N4WW 15 meter performance early in the opening, for
CQWW it is NOT the difference in sunrise time.
