Interesting idea Al has here...but I think the code speeds are bit off.
In the Novice portion of the contest it seems 5 wpm would be better and in 
the general portion of the band 13 wpm seems a better fit. Of course for
the phone segment of the band shouldn't we really be using phone? That
would be an interesting combination.  What time? How about 1000z to 0200z?
