equalizes contests

If we really want to try some sort of equalized contest, then why not
convert Modoki or some other program to accomodate us.  A well done program
could simulate changing propagation and force an operator to do more than
copy code and type.

Think of it... no TVI and I don't g
have to continue to sell my wife on towers!
