The ops at VE7ZZZ rate the following rigs tops:
   1st     FT1000
   2nd     TS950
   3rd     TS940
   4th     TS930
   5th     FT990

The biggest dislike is that the FT1000 doesn't have a carrying handle....
it's a back breaker.
