Deservedness. We'll try not to sob and wail so loud.
Could you explain, with a minimum of flame, how a 24-hour category would detract
from YOUR enjoyment of the contest?
Being "fairly new" to use your terminology, perhaps you have some fresh insight
that us old greybeards who started this all did not think of. (Gosh, and I thought
it was the new guys who would have the new ideas, not us OFs.)
