Gee, I thought most of here were the ARRL!  

The HQ staff is the hired hands, they are not the ARRL.

Personally, I don't think HQ **should** impose a veiwpoint here on the 
reflector, but rather use the reflector as a "viewport" to monitor the 
pulse and thoughts of the constituency.
