As you can see, I did not beat my brains out on this one either.
I am not a big fan of phone contests - too much kwirm and kwirn
for my tired ears. 20 meters was really a zoo Friday night with
wall to wall S9 plus signals from all over the globe. 15 seemed
to be better on Saturday than on Sunday, but a thunderstorm with
rain static forced me to shut down Saturday afternoon. Even worked
a few stalwarts on 160 - noisy band with all the weather around.
All in all a pretty good contest with lots of activity and unusual
callsigns and some big numbers. Heard some big scores out of the
7th call area.
