Best way-key amp frm 940?

Having recently smoke my TS940 by improperly attempt to key external relay for
amp, and, not intending to repeat same, I ask relatively naive question:

What's the best way to key an amp from this sucker? A Mosfet or some such from
the xverter jack? The internal relay which seems to enable from the remote
jack?
