100 watts in contests is a good idea, but don't most of them have that
category now?  One thing nice about it is that it cuts down on TVI.
I've got a guy  across the street who is crazy.  Thinks I generate 
a "hostile electronic environment."  He also shot up a building 
a few years ago cause he didn't like the architecture!  
Needless to say, I'm a little careful about him!
