Has anyone used two quad loops side to side (as opposed to in front of/in
back of each other)............and if so were/are you feeding it at the
bottoms of each loop..........did you use 1/2 wavelength spacing in between
each of the loops (I think it is either that or 5/8 wavelengths in between
'em).........anyhow........if you have tried this design please lemme know
if it was a good performer for you....it looks kinda like this:

I have had a number of requests for ICE's phone numbers. Here they are:
Industrial Communication Engineers, Ltd. (ICE), makers of bandpass filters
has a lightning protection product advertised on pg. 127 of April 94 CQ.
Telephone: 800-423-2666
317-545-5412 tech support
317-545-9645 24hr fax
The "testimonials" I referred to mainly had to do with their products
being good and slightly less expensive than Polyphaser's. Several people
commented on good tech support. One person, however, said they never
sent him the catalogue he ordered. I tried to call them yesterday well
after 10 EDT and got no aanswer - but maybe they're just taking the last
week of summer off.

For VE4VV (who I can't get e-mail to direct) and others who have
asked.
The NAQP rules state that VE call areas are multipliers. This means
that the new VE9 and VY2 areas are now multipliers.
Hope this clears things up.
