September VHF question

The K3MQH beam at the hamfest stepped over the line of reasonableness,
if not the legalistic reading of the rules. The minimum proper response
would be do delete all 2 meter (and other bands, if used in the same
way) QSOs in FM19 (the Gaithersburg grid) for the period during the
hamfest.

These guys were certainly running a good operation otherwise as
observed (and worked) on 6 & 2 here in Ohio. No need to bag the
credit for what they were doing on CW/SSB.
