WA QSO Party Software

If anyone has successfully created working .TMP and .MLT files for NA Ver. 9
for the WA QSO Party, I'd like a copy. So far success has 
eluded my efforts. It started as a "first attempt" top use NA's TE
program...so far abject failure!

Made my sprint debut at the end (after picking up laundry,
eating dinner, coming home and reading contest reflector e-mail
remembered that Sprint was on, most brain cells on standby).
Score:  4/4 = 16  in 4 minutes.

A few comments on 3-phase power in addition those of Brett, VS6BG.  My
apartment in Hong Kong is wired with 3-phase power.  This is common in larger
Hong Kong apartments as the many air conditioners and electric instant hot
water heaters demand a lot of AC power.  Such amperage is also quite handy when
it is time to connect six (6) stations for a multi/multi.

The three phases are divided equally throughout the apartment.  This has
created some interesting situations during multi/multi efforts as the power for
the rigs and amps is drawn from different circuits throughout the apartment. 
We have blown out a number of RS-232 boards on computers due to 70 volt
(210V/3) ground loops between the different phases.  The problem was solved by
using a single circuit for all the computers and radios and running the amps
off of different circuits.  The normal ground found on the third pin of the AC
is very poorly done in my apartment and in Hong Kong in general.  I never
considered using the 3-phase power for HV power supplies; 3-phase has turned
out to be sort of a pain by contributing to potential ground loops.

With all six stations transmitting at the same time, the lights never even
blink.  Indeed, in five (5) years I have never had a power outage or a glitch
on the line that would reset a digital clock, even through a dozen typhoons.  I
have never seen a more reliable power source, even in the USA.  Part of this is
because the power generating station is coal-fired and dedicated to Hong Kong
Island, and all the wiring between my apartment and the power station is
underground .
