I don't know what happened.  Something here went half-ass right.

20 M was really good early on.  Went to 40 when rate clock slowed down.

The key for my increased score, and, I think, multiplier number, was
going back to 20 not too long after initial combat on 40.  The band was
still open, but quiet and still long.  Almost eerie.

Wish the Titan could read the 765's band.

Cornholio, huh?  That up by Suffern, where the corn and beans grew
together?

I'm not quite ready for the #2 radio.  Still a bit left to do with 1.
(and a little bit apprehensive, also)

And to answer WB5CRG's question about updating incorectly 
published results.  You will have to ask Bob on that one, not me. 
I have no vested interest in the book. I am just an avid 
competitor in the CQ WW CW, and I find this book a great source 
of data.  I thought you would too.  

Bob tells me that it took 2 people, over 1.5 years to compile 
this book (actually soft cover, and spiral bound).  This is the 
first publication, and you can probably expect a few mistakes due 
the absolute volume of statistics.

Regardless, I think this book is still worth every penny for the 
avid CQ WW fan.  Its kinda like the CQ Almanac, but just for the 
CQ WW Contest.

Sorry Jim...

The only place where we can get 2 points per QSO in the CQWW is
within North America and not with our own country. Anywhere 
else, a QSO within your own continent, but with another country,
is worth only one point. Otherwise, the Europeans would never
bother to work us. The north African and Middle Eastern stations
really clean up on the European QSOs at 3 points each.

Yes, I'd prefer that over the present situation.  Note that I'm NOT on 
the east coast, but I do live in the Eastern time zone (barely).  I'm 
also single, if that makes any difference.  (Torsten, how should we 
denote marital status in the contest results?)

My suggestion would be to move ONE set of the Sprints (either FEB or SEP) to 
Sunday night, and keep the other on Saturday.  Anyone keeping score?

For what it's worth from my peanut whistle, I say keep the Sprints where they

Well, I have to vote NO to the move to Sunday.  This is one of the few
contests I can operate for the full duration and still make it to church on
Sunday with my family.  I realize church isn't a priority to most people but
it is for some.  There is my two cents worth!
