CQ WW DX CONTEST ENTRY FORM

[ehayes at VNET.IBM.COM]

Is there an official entry form for this contest?  If so, where do
your get one?  If no official form exists, what is required to
officially enter the CQ contests as well as the ARRL contests?
I could not find the answer to this ? in CQ but could have
overlooked it.

I like the way the Omni controls are, as they are very large and spread 
out, which makes it less confusing to operate (especially for new/guest
ops).

Yes, Bill used an Omni and a 930 side by side for a few years...eventually
sold the 930 to get another Omni.

Did this one after the first day of the local Husband/ Wife Golf tournament. 
 Started a couple hours late and operated 3.5 hours.
20m was great, with 15 meters having occasional openings.  10m didn't do 
much, only worked W9NQ there! BTW we placed 4th out of 8 in our flight in 
the couples CONTEST!! ;-))

Well it would be nice to say that we were all running our favorite
loggers on Aptivas under OS/2 given our affiliation, but we weren't!

I personally was not able to scrounge up any 15m or 10m contacts.
I called to deaf ears many times and never heard any of the multis
that alerted this multiplier to their presence.

Thanks to all the great ops that pulled me out of the noise on 80m.
