Whoops!!! I forgot to say where the contest station is located. It is in
Eastern New York about 100 miles north of New York City. It is in a 
small town called Cottekill, NY which is 10 miles SW of Kingston, NY and
20 miles West of Poughkeepsie, NY.  Sorry about the oversight.
