JA CONTEST ?

On Saturday the 11th., I heard several JA stations calling
CQ Test on 15 meters.  The exchange from them was RS and
a number that was not incremental.  Could not find the
contest listed in the last three months of QST.  Anybody
know anything about it?  Wonder if there are other contests
that are not widely publicized?
