1996 IOTA contest dates?

Has anyone heard the dates for the 1996 IOTA contest yet?

I need to apply to the National Park Service for special use permits  
for my usual NA-139 Assateague Island, MD. operation during the  
contest. The park service told me last year no more antennas without  
permits.

And, have any of you guys over there in the U.K. seen any results from  
the 1995 contest? I would like to know how we did last year, but  
haven't heard a thing over here.
