WRTC log checking was FB!

Here is the summary of unique/bad/not-in-log QSOs from our W6D log
(K1KI+K3UA) as selected by the WRTC log checking software (tnx to N6AA for
the details) - along with my notes about each QSO. [This is similar to the
reports available after CQWW log checking is done - and well worth getting if
you want feedback on your log]

I'm not sure which of these QSOs was actually deleted from the log by the
judges but the information seemed interesting enough to pass along to the
Contest Reflector.

It looks to me like the log checking formula for finding possible problem
QSOs was very good!
                                 -- Tom

Summary: (I checked each "bad" QSO by listening to the contest tapes.)

Not-in-log (5) 1 - no way to check, recorder was not on
3 - they didn't log our callsign correctly
1 - it sounded like a good QSO on the tape

Bad calls (6) 6 - we logged incorrect callsigns for all of them

Unique (30) 14 - all OK
16 - we logged incorrect callsigns

Some of the miscopied calls were difficult to hear on the tape, even after
replaying them several times, because of QRM and QSB. But, using a VCR to
record the contest worked really well - with 8 hour EP tapes it wouldn't
take too many to handle a 48-hour contest! Try it yourself (but it is
torture to go back and listen)!

** My comments below have "**" before and after **

The letter after the QSO number is:
N - not in log (using log cross checking)
U - unique (no one else worked it)
B - bad (log checking software very sure it's a bad call) [I think]
