Hiya, Rev --

Are you going to core it (drill out a uniform hole) or just gouge a hole
in the concrete base? Contact a local industrial supplier of concrete
anchors; they can provide a suitable epoxy to cement your pier pin in place.
There's no weight on the pier pin; it's function is to hold the base section
in place laterally so it doesn't have to be something real exotic and
expensive. BE REAL CAREFUL with your temporary guys until you get your first
real set connected -- this is the trickiest part.

Sorry for the blank msg many of you have asked me about. Problem seems to
be here in my PC. Hope to have it fixed this weekend. Thanks for all the
queries.

Does anyone have the address/phone number of Comtek? I'm looking to buy a
phasing apparatus for a 4-square antenna. What do they cost? Were there
any articles describing something similar to it? I was thinking it was
similar to the Col-Atch-Co device.

 Hello.
Just curious, how common is it that taperecorders are used in
contests for backup/other purposes? Pse e-mail me with your
observations - no need for opinions - and I'll summarize to the
 list.
