FCC lied about Gate 2

P.S. to my previous message. The FCC DID process the paper filings from the Mellon bank in
the order they were submitted to Mellon. I delivered about 330+, and over 90% of my guys have
gotten their #1. If you do a sort by the last 4 digits, you get a almost perfect copy of the
the order in which I submitted them. If the FCC says that was random, they are really lying.

Incidentally, of my guys who did NOT get their first choice, 92% of them were already taken
by the E filings.
