[CQ-Contest] Undocumented TS-950SD/SDX noise blanking

this printout I made a while ago anyway. The Kenwood reports and Service
Bulletins are worth perusing if you have Kenwood equipment. 


"... Performance can be enhanced by dedicating the sub band receiver to noise
detection and using the blanking pulse it generates to blank the main
receiver ... 

Here is now it works:
.Turn on the Sub Receiver function and tune the sub receiver frequency to the
same frequency that is in the Main display.
.Turn the Sub AF (volume) all the way down ...
.Turn on NB1 and increase the SUB noise blanker level to about half (between
4 and 6), and turn the Main noise blanker all the way down.
.Adjust the frequency of the SUB display back and forth with the TX
VFO/control and listen for a reduction in the noise..."
