[CQ-Contest] Acoustic Baffle Design

Does anyone know of a reference that might help in designing
acoustic baffles for the air intake and outlet of an equipment
enclosure?  (After what CQWW did to my ears, it's clearly time
to reduce the noise level in the radio shack!)
