This is why I've been using ftp instead of mail to get logs to them.
That way there are no questions about when it is received or postmarked.

After you upload your two files (.SUM and .LOG) you can use "ls" to see
your files there on the server. They don't allow a full directory listing
for obvious reasons but you can list files by name e.g. "ls WQ5L.LOG". 
Plus their ftp server should have the record of your files being uploaded 
and when.

The only problem is that they only provide one directory for log uploads
so if you follow the file-naming conventions, you can't upload two logs
at once. So, I have to go back in a few days and see if my SSCW log
has been moved so I can upload my SS Phone log.
