[CQ-Contest] W9GR DSP3 email address?

Good morning,
I have a query about my W9GR DSP3 unit, and I am trying to 
send an e-mail to Dave W9GR.

I used the address in October *QST* 
 http://www.oro.net/~w9gr/
This page includes an invitation to email W9GR at

  w9gr at oro.net

But the mail was bounced.  So I checked the Buckmaster, 
and it said I could contact Dave at:

  dlh at gvgdsd.gvg.tek.com

Strangely enough this mail was also bounced.
My query related to the need to hear CW sidetone during
transmit.  Appreciate any suggestions,
