[CQ-Contest] importance of LU on 28MHz

I know a lot of us have been impressed by the amount of activity in
Argentina over the last few years, especially on 10 meters. I hadn't
bothered to count up my LU totals until this just-passed 10 Meter Contest,
and was surprised by what I came up with. Out of 1,145 valid QSOs, 72 were
with LUs. Only Washington, Texas, and California delivered more QSOs -- and
if I counted all of Canada as one multiplier, there'd be only 47 QSOs there.
Whatever they're doing down there, they're doing it right!
