[CQ-Contest] Confirmation of fone SS logs received

I sent my SS fone logs to contest at arrl.orf on Dec 14.  I just got a
confirmation on Dec 18.  I consider that a more than adequate turnaround
time.  It appears that they are confirming most of the logs in the last
day or two no matter when they were sent.  Considering that they are
probably overloaded with logs, that seems reasonable to me.
