Hi Jim:  The reason VO2RAC gave NF as his section even though he is in
Labrador is because Newfoundland and Labrador count together and the
rules say that the exchange for that combined multiplier is called
"NF."  So, you have zone 2.  I don't know the QSL route, but you should
try via the bureau unless another address is published.  Also the
contest sponsors may have that info.  VE2ZP put out a lot of pre-contest
publicity on this reflector and was active in the contest, so you might
e-mail him an inquiry on the QSL route.  73, John, K4BAI.
