This is a "Rip Van Winkle" question---- (been gone since 1973 or 
so, just back in 96)

What's FOC??, Club, contest only? Obviously from the exchanges, 
there's a unique 4 digit number. How do I get one? Web page?

Certainly sound like good operators with good fists (mostly).
