[CQ-Contest] Cuba Libre Grounded

Well, Buckareenas and Buckaroos, here it is Thursday morning before
the ARRL SSB DX contest and the Cuba Libre Gang is still in Southern
California.  A massive pile-up of work commitments has forced us to 
call off this year's jaunt to sunny Ambergris Caye.  

Many thanks to all who wished us well in the contest.  Especially to Ten-Tec.
The good folks at Ten-Tec made sure our new Titan was the first off the 
production line so we could bring to Belize for this contest.  They have been
just terrific about keeping me informed about production and scheduling.  
Ten-Tec you've earned yourself a very loyal customer. 

So if you hear V31DX on this weekend, it's a slim.  Workload permitting, we're
gonna try for the WPX SSB.  Best to all in the contest.
