[CQ-Contest] HF Maritime Mobile- Antenna Questions

I plan to CONTEST from my boat this summer, specifically the IARU where I
beleive /MM is a mult. Regardless of which CONTEST it is, I am wondering if
anyone out there has a neat, efficient method for mounting an HF antenna
(hustler, whatever) on a fiberglass boat. The boat has a 'railing' around
its entire perimeter, mostly for decoration, fishing pole rod holders or
hanging onto. This 'railing' is mounted to the fiberglass of the boat, thus
making me think it has no real electrical 'connection' to the water.

Suggestions please.
