FAR from Colorado is the answer!

An A index of 36 at the start of the test does not make for any
fun on 40M phone.    Yeah, George worked Europe----twice
on scatter!  At least we made WAC the first night!

Hope everyone is having fun.  At least the Carribean and South
American DX doesn't have to do anything polar for the ARRL--this
would be a lot more miserable for them if it were CQWW.
