[CQ-Contest] VA QSO party software avail.

Hello all.

This coming weeking, the 8th and 9th, is the weekend of the VA QSO
party.

There is software for this contest available for download at:

It is a DOS program written by Steve Martin, WA4ZAJ, specifically for
this contest.  

It costs nothing and it works good.  Covers all the VA counties and
tracks and dupes mobile stations from the multiple counties they cover.
It scores and prints out the required docs as well.
