[CQ-Contest] Kenwood TS-830S

With all the good things being said about the 830's maybe I shouldn't do
this.  But if you're interested in a Kenwood TS-830S with cascaded 400Hz
International Radio filters and external digital VFO (VFO-230) with less
than 25 hours on new driver and finals send me a note.
