[CQ-Contest] Relay speed-up circuit

Greetings:

A couple months ago, someone on the reflector gave out an URL
to his web page which contained schematic and docs (I think)
for a relay speed-up circuit which would work with amplifier
T/R relays.  

The file was in Adobe Acrobat format and at that particular 
time, I'd just had a really bad experience with Acrobat, so I 
passed up the opportunity to download the file.

Well, I now have a much better behaved copy of Acrobat, and 
I'm on the prowl for those files.  So, if anyone can recall
who had them and where they were, I'd be very appreciative if
you can zap the info to me DIRECT, NOT via the reflector.
