[CQ-Contest] OMNI VI / CT Computer Control

 have a commercial modem cable between the radio and computer. I am
using NO Flow Control.

Get rid of the commercial cable, and build your own using only 3   
conductors.
Tentec uses pins 6 and 8 of their DB25 connector for their remote tuning   
knob.
Those pins are also used in a serial port for handshaking.
