QSL on zero points no good in WPX!

Now is the time to modify the rules for WPX contests. We are at the bottom of
the sunspot (record) cycle. If scoring system is adjusted in such way that
scores with new scoring will increase, then it shouldn't be a problem as far
as records go.

Only small change is needed:
count 1 point for same country QSO, 2 points for same continent, 3 points for
other continent. Keep this doubled for 1.8, 3.5, and 7 MHz (2, 4 and 6 points
resp.)

Rest of the WPX contest is super, off time and prefixes once per contest are
cool!
Fastest fun filled contest around, lets make it even better!!
