Since there are so few QRP entrants in the Poisson de Avril,
maybe the QRO entrants should follow the QRP rules, just so 
they won't be forgotten when needed.  In compensation, everybody 
gets twice as many points per QSO, or non-QSO if they are in the 
virtual contest.

I'm gonna run "No Vowels" class this year.  Snds knd fn.
