The Electronic Hole Theory Exposed as a Fraud....

Have you ever wondered about the Electronic Hole Theory of Semiconductor Physics?

I don't have a degree in anything, but I know my stuff when it comes to experience in electronics.

After a careful study of this phenomenon of Semiconductor Physics, here is what I've determined.

After years of study and experience in electronics, I have come to the conclusion that the "Hole Theory" may be incorrect.
My theory, which has been proven time and time again in service shops across America, is that; "All electronic devices (especially IC's) work on SMOKE!"

I have recently learned that every component manufacturer (including all IC makers) encapsulate a certain amount of black smoke in every one of their devices!!!! That black smoke is what determines the total functionality of that device.

How often have you noticed, that when the smoke leaks out of a component, the component will quit working, instantly?

This condition has been documented many times. For example:
When a storm comes up, the sky gets really black. The lightening flashes thru the black clouds to ground. Soooo, the black clouds must be made of smoke and the amount of smoke (thickness of the clouds) determines the strength and flow of the lightening. When the black clouds go away (the smoke clears), the flow of lightening ceases. The same theory also works in semiconductor components...

when the component in question allows the smoke to escape, that component ceases to function because the "vehicle" which determines the electron flow no longer exists.

Therefor, SMOKE has to be the ultimate source of electron flow in any circuit, no matter how simple or complex that circuit is!!!

(Author unknown, but it IS an interesting theory.)
