[CQ-Contest] 6m and ARRL DX Contest

Add me to the list of those who think adding 6m to the ARRL DX contest
is an extremely bad idea. Maybe Tim missed by a month and intended to
put this item out on April 1st?

I am an ARRL member, and the subscription rate is not cheap for overseas
delivery of QST. I'd like to know why there is no CAC rep. for those of us
outside
the USA and Canada. Hopefully on this issue, even the views of associate 
members will count.
