[CQ-Contest] Networking CT by packet?

Yes this can be done and has been done.  The TNC's need to be set so that
they behave as a serial connection rather than a chat connection.  I forget
the command in the Kantronics units that we used.  Maybe someone will chime
in that knows more about TNC's.  Anyway... its very easy to do.
