[CQ-Contest] 1998 CQ WW 160 Dates

Gang,

The Dec issue of the CQ Contest Column has the wrong mode listed for the Jan
dates.  January is CW not SSB.

Feb. 27 to March 1 (2200Z to 1600Z) 1998 are the SSB dates.  We moved back
one week to avoid the ARRL CW DX Contest.
