If at both ends, the guys send the cards to their bureaus, and IF the
bureaus work well (that means send out cards to the other IARU bureaus once
a month, like the major bureaus seem to do) than you can easily receive
cards within 4 to 6 months after the QSO. This happens all the time with me
(boith ON4UN and OT7T cards).
